| Former drug addicts and offenders: Objectives |

The objective of this module has been to create a frame work through Inter Agency protocols for organisations to share sensitive but important information on clients/service users with other providers. The aim being to help remove barriers for clients/service users and develop a seamless provision. This in turn helps with the provision of a more cost effective provision, the removal of "grey" areas which some clients/services users try to exploit and intergated support to inclusion.
The SIG also want to look at how to effectively hold meaningful consultation with groups who are extremely disadvantaged, eg. drug abusers living on the streets or offenders.
It aim of the SIG was the create tools which could be used by a wide range of groups. |
